Joanna Adams

Joanna follows the Connecticut real estate market closely so that she can arm her clients with the information they need to make smart housing decisions. Joanna graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and from Babson College with a Master's in Business Administration degree. Her educational experiences give her an edge in real estate and she is willing to work hard and do what it takes to quickly sell your house and help you find your new, dream home.
Judy Szewczyk (pronounced Sef-check)
Judy’s strengths are extensive project management experience, ability to multi-task, strong negotiating skills, and outgoing personality. Judy can sit down with you to assess your housing situation and help you develop a strategy to find and finance your next home, however big or small. Judy graduated from Stanislaus State University (in California) with a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She is a long-time computer programmer with additional experience as a teacher. She is heavily involved in community affairs in her hometown of Derby, Connecticut. As such, she is used to working with many different people and finding solutions to problems.
